Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 90-minute appointment where we take the time to understand your unique health story. We'll discuss your current concerns, medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications, supplements, and health goals to identify the underlying factors affecting your wellbeing.
Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan which may include nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine, and functional testing recommendations where appropriate.
Follow-Up Consultation
60 Minutes | $100
Available in person or online.
Your follow-up consultation is designed to review your progress, monitor your symptoms, and continue supporting you on your health journey.
During your appointment we'll:
Review your progress since your last consultation.
Assess how you're responding to your treatment plan.
Discuss any changes in your symptoms, health, or lifestyle.
Update and refine your personalised treatment plan.
Adjust nutrition, supplement and herbal medicine recommendations where required.
Review pathology or functional test results (where applicable).
Provide ongoing education and practical strategies to support your long-term health.
Following your consultation, you'll receive an updated treatment plan with any changes to your recommendations, ensuring your care continues to evolve alongside your health goal
